As part of this, we develop, own and manage affordable and social housing and we provide commercial property management, owners corporation management and cleaning and grounds services. Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Recovery Housing represents the next step in ensuring that continuum of care. Wheels has returned to live at one of Unison’s properties in the west, after a former aged and dilapidated block was demolished and a modern apartment building with private facilities built in its place. The rental apartments include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and are age and income-restricted.
