Greeting message for customers

How should a customer be greeted? Why is it important to greet customers? How to greet walk in customers and boost sales?


Make sure you write your own name along with the company’s as the sender to make it more sincere. For example, do not write “from ABC LLC.

Important things to remember about greeting : 1- Make the customer feel welcome and appreciated. Make eye contact when greeting the customer. Never address a customer from behind – that’s scary and creates unwanted pressure.
