What is it like to live in Tasmania? Is living in Tasmania a curse? Are We moving to Tasmania? Is Tasmania a good place to work?
The average Tasmanian is living a middle class or working class lifestyle in the suburbs of a city, like the average Australian does.
Tasmania generally has a great laid back sort of lifestyle, commuting to work is normally a non-issue. What are the easiest ways to find a place to live for a student? Is it easy for a student to find work in Launceston? It depends what part of Tasmania mate, like living in Hobart CBD wouldn’t be far off Perth, probably slightly cheaper rent as you go further out the CBD.
Launceston (where I am) is slightly cheaper than Hobart just rent wise, obviously there’s not a noticeable difference in prices of clothes and stuff. A long with rent, general cost of living is quite low. In Canberra, I would starve after a month on youth allowance.
