Australia post missing parcel complaint

I switched to their Parcel Locker service after being frustrated at not being home when parcels were delivered and having to front up at the post office during business hours to collect. It works brilliantly and only have one complaint - the address is too long and a lot of ebay shippers inevitably leave something out, but for the most part, it.
