These business lines support applications such as AUSLAB, AUSCARE, QRiS, Enterprise Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS) and i. Shaun has a Master of Business Administration (Management Finance and ICT) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Geology and Applied Geology, from the University of Natal.


Michel has always maintained a strong interest in Closing the gap in health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, building partnerships with community controlled health services and Indigenous communities and promoting employment and career opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders within Queensland Health. Jane has spent years in the Queensland Public Service in human resources services and systems delivery, leading multi-disciplinary IT service management teams in Queensland Health. Jane has led the delivery of multimillion-dollar IT system programs and projects, and established IT business support models that have enabled effective transition of services from project to service operations. Jane is an ITIL and Prince practitioner and is accountable for the ongoing support, maintenance and improvement of Queensland Health’s rostering, payroll, finance, business and logistics solutions.
