Group study room booking

Due to campus restrictions, group study rooms currently unavailable. Get the most current information on using our collections and services. Rooms 1, 134A , 134D , 1, 2, and 2have flat-screen monitors that you can connect to your laptop. Hover over the info button next to a room, and read more details about each room.

A screen with Apple TV is available for sharing work digitally. NO individual bookings , please. If you are an individual in need of quiet work space, please use the Crane Reading Room (Quiet Room ). There are currently group study rooms available. Please check the room descriptions before booking and comply with the stated maximum occupancy.


Rooms may be booked for group study by University of Leicester students only. They are not available for individual study, teaching, presentations, interviews or for University meetings. This system is for CityU staff and regular students only!

Use of rooms is restricted to WM students, faculty, and staff. Group studies are labeled GS. The offering of group study room space is one of many methods used to inspire and advance research, teaching, and life-long intellectual growth. Maximum time is four hours. Someone with a reservation has preference for the room at the reserved time.


Complete the group study room booking registration form. Rooms are bookable using our group study room online booking system. Each booking must be occupied by 2-persons at a time.


You can book a room for a maximum of two hours per day. Only booking per day per group. The Library is here for you online. Connect with us via Zoom to get help with your tech and research questions.

Select available times (in green) below. In order to reserve a room in the library, one must be a registered student. Individuals may reserve rooms for hours total for any given week (Sun–Sat). These rooms can be reserved by groups of two or more UD students up to one week in advance.


The person booking the room will be responsible for the room. All study rooms can be used by groups without booking , but to guarantee the space, the room should be booked in advance: Book group study room - My Manchester. The rooms can be booked in slots of minutes up to three. If rooms are not occupied within minutes of a scheduled booking time they are available for other groups to use. Please be considerate and vacate the room on time, leaving it tidy.


Rooms 11 134A, 134 14 23 and 2have flat-screen monitors that you can connect to your laptop. Use our online tool to book study rooms and other spaces in the library. The UMass Learning Commons located in the Lower Level of the W. An individual may reserve a room for a maximum of hours at a time. No more than hours per week.


The specified minimum number of users should be present during the booking period. Users should return the room to its original state and leave promptly at the end of their booking period.
