Virgin atlantic customer service

Low class costumers are flown in planes which dont have a three class service and fly. I did work at Heathrow for years and I know it s possible to have the stroller at connections there. Their website doesn t give much information except to. American is absolutely awful - old fashioned planes, rude cabin crew an most importantly, they make you pay for your alcohol!
